Blue Mesa Health joins Winter 2016 cohort of Blueprint Health

We’re joining Blueprint Health.

This week we are pleased to announce we are partnering with Blueprint Health to accelerate our ability to help at-risk individuals prevent the onset of chronic disease with best-in-class digital behavioral change programs.

On Thursday, February 4, in the Blueprint Health accelerator space in downtown New York, over eighty people gathered to meet the latest cohort of companies to join one of the country’s top accelerators with a focus on health technology. Those in attendance included prominent health technology founders, investors, mentors and health industry executives.

By partnering with Blueprint Health we are in the company of ventures such as GlucoIQHealthify, and Oculus Health, just a few of many companies who have gone on to have great success subsequent to participating in Blueprint Health’s 3-month acceleration program.

For more information about us and other ventures in the Blueprint Health portfolio, check out their website.

We’re Blue Mesa Health. Our flagship product, Transform, is a CDC-recognizeddigital translation of the Diabetes Prevention Program. Transform is already making an impact by helping individuals lose weight and reduce their chances of developing type 2 diabetes.

Blue Mesa Health Partners with Solera Health
